About the Implementing a Culture of Care: Advanced Training
Prerequisite: Participants must have completed the Intro to Culture of Care training in order to take the Advanced Training. Upon verification of completing the Intro to Culture of Care training, registrants will be provided with a Advanced Training registration link.
This course is designed for consultants and those working with schools on implementing restorative justice practices via Restorative Justice Education's K-12 research-based pedagogy. The Advanced training will be a deep dive into the basic training's research, pedagogy, and approach on how to implement a Culture of Care utilizing Restorative Practices in K-12 schools. Participants will be prepared to provide the basic training in a professional manner by understanding the thinking behind the delivery of the basic training.
This 16-module training is designed for the person who will be training others using the basic professional development training program. Upon completion, participants will receive certification as a Consultant and can opt for 3 Master's credits at Colorado State University.
