Cancellation & Refund Policies

We hope that everyone who registers for this Professional Development (PD) Training event will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur.  Our Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

• PD Training registration cancelled 14 days or more before the start of the registered training dates is refundable but subject to a $50 administration fee ($1,000 - $50 administration fee = $950 total refunded).
• Registrants cancelling less than 14 days before the start of the registered training dates will NOT receive a refund.  The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.  Registration fees may be transferred to another individual or transferred as credit (subject to a $50 administration fee).
• In the event that RJ Ed must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, RJ Ed will refund the cost of registration.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents RJ Ed from continuing with the PD Training event. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
