Welcome to the self-paced and blended offering of 'Implementing a Culture of Care: Advanced Training."


This course is designed for consultants and those working with schools on implementing restorative justice practices via Restorative Justice Education's K-12 research-based pedagogy.


It is a 16-module training provided via a virtual, self-paced, and blended format that allows participants to complete the course as quickly as they choose over a 12-month period.


Prerequisite: Participants must have completed the "Intro to Culture of Care" training in order to take the Advanced Training.


Training Description:

  • The advanced training will be a deep dive into the basic training's research, pedagogy, and approach on how to implement a Culture of Care utilizing Restorative Practices in K-12 schools.
  • Participants will be prepared to provide the basic training in a professional manner by understanding the thinking behind the delivery of the basic training.
  • This 16-module training is designed for the person who will be training others using the basic professional development training program.
  • Each module is completed individually and then reviewed by and discussed (virtually) with a certified RJEd Facilitator.
