Cancellation & Refund Policies
We hope that everyone who registers for this Professional Development (PD) Training event will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. Our Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
- PD Training registration cancelled on or before March 25, 2024, is refundable but subject to a $50 administration fee ($1,000 - $50 administration fee = $950 total refunded).
- Registrants cancelling on or after March 26, 2024, will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
- In the event that RJEd must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, RJEd will refund the cost of registration.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies
Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents RJEd from continuing with the PD Training event. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
